My husband and I recently met with Mallory Johnson in the Wilkes Barre showroom to design a kitchen for our new home. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made helpful recommendations to our plans. She listened to what we wanted and showed us several options. We would highly recommend working with Mallory if you're looking for a new kitchen.

I just moved into a new house with an out dated kitchen from the 70’s. I called wren after hearing about them from word of mouth and within minute’s I had an appointment scheduled for a kitchen measurement within 2 days. From there I was introduced to a sales rep named Brandon who sat down with me and my wife and showed me an exact 3D model of my kitchen. From there we spent about an hour going over all of the fine details and options of what we now call “our perfect kitchen”. Our final total was worked to fit our budget and was fair and competitive pricing to say the least. The quality of the materials and incredible detail and support from Brandon and the rest of the Wren team speaks for itself for getting a new kitchen you’ll be more than satisfied with.

I had a job interview with Wren kitchens a few days before Memorial Day. Got the old " We'll call you early next week to let you know either way" line from them. Now, it's 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting on the call/email. If they can't take a minute to let prospective employees know either way, it makes me wonder how they treat their people. I definitely would not recommend this place to job seekers.

We started our process a few months ago and were under the impression it would be a smooth one, unfortunately it has not been. The cabinets, appliances and all hardware were delivered on May 18 and install began May 19. As of today, June 7, only the cabinets have been installed- the handles cannot be installed since they sent the wrong screws...twice...the crown moulding does not go to the ceiling as it was supposed to, the oven was damaged somehow and not replaced, after 2 weeks of trying I purchased a stove on my own. one of the cabinets fronts were completely different and that had to be ordered and replaced, the countertops are being fabricated and hopefully get installed soon, but I do not have much hope that will go any better. My husband and I have reached out approximately 30 times to numerous people, sales at Wren in Newington, customer service at a corporate office and had contact with about 6 different people, none of which is very helpful or sympathetic to the fact that I have no sink, no stove and no use of a kitchen for 20 days. We have been told that we signed a contract and they can't help us, we have been told to go buy screws ourselves and we were told the cabinet that their professional measured for will not fit and a new one will have to be modified by us to fit above our refrigerator. Today I was told to drive to the store and bring them the handles and screws and they will go buy new ones, something I refuse to do. So far this has been a nightmare and I would never recommend dealing with this company. I hope to have everything resolved at some point but do not hold out hope at this point.
