Chris Bond4 StarExceptional quality of work, design and service. They did a wonderful job from start to finish on our project. Would recommend to anyone. Timing was impacted by delivery of components (Covid supply chain issues), but we knew that going in.
Only feedback was that project communication and status was slow and low in frequency, and required that I ask for updates each time. It was a pull instead of the preferred push of information and updates.
I would use them again in my next project.
I give a 9 out of 10 rating.

Ellen Wehrman5 StarWe had our roof replaced in 2021 with Tri City, and had a great experience working with Phil and the team. We had a drooping roof corner that necessitated a couple visits for tarping prior to the big roof job, and they were happy to send someone to keep us dry in the meantime! Great roofing material and color selection, easy to work with (kept us up to date on delayed start due to rainy weather), cleaned up at the end of each work day, and friendly with our curious puppy. We hope to do more home projects with Tri City in the future!Friday 15th April 2022
Diana Ball4 StarThe team/ crew at Tri-City Remodeling were very helpful. There were times when communication wasn’t the greatest. The custom made cabinets were special made for our bathroom, but then they had to be cut in half because the design team failed to consider the width of the hallway they had to fit through. It all worked out in the end and is an absolutely beautiful bathroom.Friday 8th April 2022
Chris Benson1 StarHad someone come out assist with planning an addition around 11/2021. The employee said they would likely start on the project after the winter. Multiple months passed and there was no communication from the company despite us calling and trying to get information. They eventually gave us an excuse about our location and made it sound like the price was going to be much higher because of us living south of Saginaw. They never mentioned location being a problem when they came to our house. The company is not transparent and will not return calls. Very bad experience overall.Thursday 29th September 2022
