I was referred by someone who spoke very highly of the company expecting to receive the same treatment. I met with the salesman Jeff Graves who was able to come out rather quickly and conveniently. He seemed knowledgeable and I was told 2-3 weeks they would have the truck at my home installing. Also, I could get an additional $200 off if paid in full the day of my consult. I agreed April 27, 2022. May 20 I realized I had not received a call or any follow up other than a welcome letter with no information on it aside from what you will receive once your install is complete. I contacted the company and was told this salesman has told other people there would be a shorter install window as well, but that was in fact not true considering they only have 1 team in SC and it would in fact be 5-6 weeks. They told me they would let the regional/district manager know what was going on and they would have them contact me. Well they did not. I received a call 5/31/22 from Heather(I think her name was) stating they will be in town Friday and if I want to have it done I can. I expressed my concerns about never receiving a call and she said well she heard my message but has to do a lot of calls, and finished with do I want to have it done or not? For $3500 I figured I would get a little better customer service but I wasn’t a valued customer.

Ben, Brandon and Austin were our installers. They did such a great job! They were professional and after the job was done there was absolutely no debris left behind! They worked tirelessly in the heat and never complained! Stancel was great selling the windows to us and helping us decide what was best for our needs and budget. I was also so impressed that he came by after the install and still wanted to make sure that he made sure any imperfections were corrected! The team was so great at keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this company!!!

When I say professional, these guys are one of the kind! They made our day with the price, the style of the bathroom, the safety for my mom use when she's showering, and most of all the price and the monthly payment was our biggest concern and approval. Thank God it work out in our favor!! My sisters and brothers and I, are getting our mom's bathroom remodel for her birthday. We went through one company and their prices didn't fit our budget. But thank God for these guys, they are just what we been looking for!! Also they were friendly, professional, and they were also funny!! We enjoyed them much!! So if you are looking for someone to remodel your bathroom, they're the ones to call! Once again guys, thanks for giving our mom the best birthday gift ever Amen!!!🙏🏾🙏🏾👏👏👏👏👏👏🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗💛

Daniel was such a pleasure to meet and discuss all of my options with! He was punctual, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to win my business (which they may very well do so). Appreciate the transparency and the various options provided to me. Truly enjoyed learning the history of the Kohler product as well! I definitely see myself doing business with Southern in the near future!

Mike Bowers was the sales rep that we dealt. He was very professional and helpful. Hope was a rep. that I talked with on the phone and she kept me updated on the status of my shower. Adam installed the shower and he was great. I would recommend Southern Industries to anyone looking for a shower installation.
