The person I spoke with to schedule the appointment was friendly and efficient and she followed up the day after the appointment to verify everything went as it should (which it did). The plumber was also friendly and competent. He was happy to explain what was happening and how he proposed to fix the problem. Once we agreed he went about fixing the cause of the problem (a leak under the kitchen sink). We will definitely call Schlueter Plumbing again should the need arise.

I had several plumbing issues that needed addressing. I wasn’t sure who to call. After calling Schlueter Plumbing, they will be my “go to “ plumber for any future needs Ashley in the office was so professional and called to make sure I was happy with the results and service. Ian was wonderful as he explained everything he planned on doing and the cost (which was very reasonable and fair )for the work to be completed. He was neat and very personable and on time. It’s sometimes difficult to find the rare Customer Service we used to have, but not with this company. You won’t be disappointed. Karen S

It was one of the best experiences I have had in a while. Highly recommend them. Called on a Wednesday. They had people there the next morning. I thought they were going to give me an estimate and schedule a future date but they did all the work same day. I received a call the next day asking if everything was working correctly and if I needed anything and a week later, I received a thank you note. Cannot be more pleased.

Used these fine folks to clear out our kitchen sink that was draining very slowly. They were able to come out less than 2 days after I called. Robert arrived and immediately got to work. Cleared a ton of grease out, was very informative on how to avoid the same problem in the future, very professional and polite through and through. He cleaned up the entire area he worked in when he was done and was very respectful of all our belongings. Huge thanks to Robert and the Schleuter team!
