Charlie Farr5 StarI've been a homeowner for years and I cannot say enough good things about this company. I called them about a slab water leak and they were very responsive. What should have been a job that took a couple of hours escalated (through no fault of their own) into what turned out to be two days of digging and repair work. They encountered significant plumbing design flaws and what turned out to be four leaks and not just one; yet they worked professionally and with a positive attitude throughout the entire process. Rob Bertolino was very hands-on onsite every step of the way; my calls & texts were always answered immediately. Rather than take the easy way out, they confined the floor excavation to one bathroom and avoided digging up any of our kitchen tile. In the end, they fixed a very difficulty problem and at a very fair price. I will not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs.Thursday 19th May 2022
