We had an appointment for an estimate/quote. Josh Fisher was the product specialist that walked us through the product thoroughly and explained how each of the windows worked, different screens, and hardware for the windows. These windows are made out of great quality material. Josh even had a sample window to show us how easy it was to put the window up with just one finger, to clean and different features that makes it great quality material. The warranty on these windows follows the window not the buyer. Although they are priced high I'm not going to lie! 😬 Josh worked with us in many different scenarios to see how it would work for us, he did a great job and we will be doing our windows in phases. If you are looking for a great quality windows make sure you look up this company. Thanks Josh! When we have our installation we will update.

Josh Fisher offered a very professional presentation answering all of our questions with factual responses backed with meaningful detail. Mixed his detail with a great sense of humor and sensitivity to our questions. It was a very comfortable and pleasant experience leading to a decision to replace our 30 yr. old Anderson windows with an even better Renewal by Anderson product available today. This review is just for the in-home appointment I scheduled to have replacement windows and doors quoted. I work in the service industry myself as a mechanic, so I appreciate good service, craftsmanship and really anything that is built/made with attention to detail. The salesman we dealt with was excellent at his job in selling the brand and the higher price tag that these premium doors and windows command. He was great at bridging the gap between all the technical specifications and build process and how that all translates in the home. Is their stuff expensive yes, is it top of the line, absolutely. For anyone looking to invest in something worthwhile for your home, I recommend 10 out of 10.

The service representative, Michael Moore, was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions satisfactorily. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and to show us a great product, helping us with our decision making process. Renewal by Andersen replaced six windows and the sliding door in our kitchen. The difference in heat loss is significant, just gauging by room temperature being so much more comfortable in these cold outside temps. Of course, no utility bill yet. Installation crew was amazing: they know their routine well, we're careful and efficient. It was only 19-21 degrees outside and we barely noticed any cold air coming in during the change out. Highly recommend this product and crew.
