We were in a jam, our lights kept going off at my store (3rd earth comics) and POWER SOLUTIONS were very friendly and understanding about our problem. SCOTT STEELE came out right away and help us out. taught us some things and had our light back on. thank you SCOTT and POWER SOLUTIONS.

They do not answer their phone nor do they return phone calls. Finally someone answered and we tried to schedule an appointment to service the generator and was told that they would call 24 to 48 hours ahead of time. After several weeks we heard nothing from them so we went with a different company .We called to cancel the service, no acknowledgement from them. Then 3 weeks later a tech shows up unannounced to service the generator. We informed him that we had cancelled any service with his company the first week in August so he left. Next thing, much to our dismay, we receive a bill for the generator service that was not performed since we sent the tech away and had cancelled the service call three weeks prior. We have called the office numerous times and left messages and still have not heard back from them. Extremely disappointed with this company.
