Phoenex Electric and Vinny are probably the best experience I've had dealing with a home repair issue. He had to make repeated(3) trips to my home to diagnose and repair the problem. Each time , he was on time and thorough, explaining what was going on. Repaired the issue and cleaned up after. Finally, the cost was exactly was had been quoted. There is no need to look any further for your electric needs.

Vinny was excellent! Answered my call right away, had me booked for the following morning, and even came a half hour early! Courteous and professional, Vinny and I worked together to quickly diagnose the problem. He explained the issue to me in layman's terms and had it fixed in no time. Would defintely use Phoenex again.

Great customer service and electrical work! We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Vincent, the electrician, arrived on time and was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and made sure that the fan, light, and remote were in perfect working order before tidying up and leaving. The prices are reasonable and the work is well-done. I'll be calling them for any future electrical work.

I needed to resolve a short circuit in some wiring and based on the reviews for Phoenex Electric, I decided to try them. Glad I did. I have nothing but positive things to say. Vincent responded to my call, got back to me to schedule an appointment and even showed up ahead of time the day of the job. He is very polite, honest, professional, knowledge and easy to work with. He did a great job of detecting and correcting the short circuit. He even took the time to improve the wiring setup instead of just fixing it. And for a very reasonable price as well. Vincent was professional, on time, polite and all in all a good guy. His quote matched the final invoice. I received quotes from multiple electricians and Vincent stood out of the group. He didn't try to scare me about electrical surges etc or up-charge me. He is an Honest and professional guy. I will recommend him to friends and family and would hire him in the future.
