Caroline King1 StarI contacted Jim back in August about doing some work at my house. I had to be extremely persistent in contacting him to schedule some time to come check it out and give me an estimate. When he finally met with me he was very knowledgeable and told me that he would get back to me with an estimate. I have called him several times and each time I speak to him he says that he will work on it and get back to me. It is now December 17, 2021 and I have yet to receive a call or estimate from him. I completely understand that everyone is busy but the lack of professionalism is astounding. I am happy for everyone who had a good experience with this company but I have not.Saturday 18th December 2021

They were very good with communication---not only were they responsive, but I also could trust what they told me as far as budget and timeline. When a few hiccups happened with the project (very minor), they reached out to me, apologized when needed, and made it right. The PCR crew assigned to our project (John & others) were so kind and easy to work with, and the subcontractors that they brought in were excellent, as well. Most importantly, their work was also impeccable! Overall, an excellent experience, and we're thrilled with our new kitchen!Sunday 1st August 2021
