Absolutely amazing customer service! We have an outlet at home which sparked last last night.. We don’t really know anything about wires and electricity.. Well good for us, a friend recommended that we should call P & T Electricians Midtown for help.. So I did and a guy came, he was on time.. He studied the problem and fixed it.. We are just grateful.. Thanks P & T Electricians Midtown for sending us an electrician.. We feel safe now.

Don’t use this service. Not worth your time. I had a simple job to replace sconce fixtures, booked four days in advance. I sent very specific COI requirements and was promised it’d be sent the next day. It never gets sent. Day of service rolls around, and I call to inquire about the delay. I was tossed from representative to representative, promised the technician was 15 min away, that he’d send the COI shortly, that they’d call him and call me right back, etc. None of it happened. I cancelled services because it was such a nightmare dealing with them. DO NOT USE.
