The power went out in half of our house, including the kitchen, in the middle of a workday. We called NextGen Electric and a technician was promptly dispatched to our home. Mark was able to diagnose and resolve the problem efficiently and clearly explained what he needed to fix. After a quick trip to Home Depot to get the additional items he needed, we had everything resolved in our home. Thank you NextGen Electric for your prompt assistance this afternoon!

I would highly recommend working with Joe and his team. Joe, as the owner of the company and a very busy guy, took the time to come to my home as I had no power going to my microwave and stove---with a 7 month old baby who needs bottles warmed. He was on time, courteous and professional. It didn't take him long to diagnose the issue and shortly thereafter fixed the problem. That night something tripped the breaker again. I texted him and he got back to me right away and said no problem, I'll come back to your house tomorrow. He came back again today, with a smile on his face, and finished the job. This to me demonstrated reliability and someone that cares about his clients and his business...rare these days. Thanks Joe!

Joe and his team are incredible in every aspect of the business from the work, to the speed, to the professionalism and most importantly the quality! Their response time is second to none as Joe was here immediately after I reached out. Mark came through and totally transformed my basement with our new recessed fixtures and additional outlets and lights in the garage.
