Brad Ackman5 StarFANTASTIC SERVICE! We spoke with Alex about not getting power from the helm to the motor of our boat. He said it could be 1 of 4 things before even laying eyes on the boat. We made an appointment for him to take a look at it. We showed up, he got right to work and he started ruling everything out. Next thing you know, he found our issue, fixed the piece as well as cleaned up our battery selection switch that another company had installed. He went above and beyond from what he had to do to make sure the issue would not happen again. I will only be using Alex for my electrical issue from here on out! Mark Barton5 StarCalled Alex as the AC side of my electrical panel had stopped working. This means no air conditioning and it's September. Alex went out of his way to come to my boat and get things working again. I am following up with him later to redo my wiring properly.
