They quoted for a 3 hr job (2 people) and informed us the power would need to be turned off. 1st day (7 hrs): Arranged for power company to disconnect at 8am. Power company came back at noon but they were not done. They finish 1/2 the job at 3pm and did not get power restored until 7pm. 11 hours without power is Not good for parents with health issues and in their 90’s. 2nd day (5 hrs): ran and connected new AC wire. 3rd day (4 hrs): added. PVC piping after the fact for power wire coming from meter to panel. Cut pipe in half and then zip tied. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to appliances. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
