I had 3 different plumbing companies come to my home to address a leaking bathroom shower. They all failed to fix the problem and suggested that I instead start a very costly shower remodel. I called Merit Plumbing and spoke to Donnie. He said that he would be willing to look at my problem. He showed up on the day scheduled and was able to accomplish what the 3 plumbers before him could not. He was fast and efficient and the price was amazing. I would highly recommend this company and Donnie Waite for any plumbing need.

Stay far away from this company. I hired them to install a whole home filtration/softener system, UVfilter, flo by moen, and RO system, trying to help a small growing business. It was a big mistake, they where way out of their league. They had to make multiple trips, did damage to my home and appliances, took months to do what would have taken a few days. They kept saying it was manufacture defects... after 6 months and the 4th time it was not installed correctly, two times causing water damage it was clear they did not know what they were doing. Breaking my water heater from having to move it multiple times due to their errors I was very frustrated. They took the a $1000 UV heavy flow filter they broke, saying there going to replace it with a new one that was 9 months ago they don't return calls or emails. So they have cost my family thousands, and we still don't have the UV filter we paid for. When I filed a claim with the insurance company for damages, after not hearing from them for 6 months. The owner found my business online and left fake reviews, as if he did not hurt my family of 5 enough he went after my business to. I would highly recommend avoiding this company it will give you heart burn.
