For personal residents, they are top-notch. Always trying to get you serviced that day or early am the next if they can. Parts, if not special, can generally be had the same day and have you back up and running in the most efficient way possible.

I would not recommend TRYING to work with McComb Electric. I had McComb Electric come to my home to give me a quote for electrical hookup to a whole home generator. After waiting 3 weeks and not hearing a word from them I called McComb Electric and asked if they were still interested in giving me a quote for the work and was told that the estimator that came out to my home to work up the quote would be getting back with me in the next day or so with the quote. 2 weeks later, still haven' t heard anything from them. I have never experienced a company that disregarded customer communication and service like McComb Electric. I would hate to know if they had given me a quote for the work and I went with them of how long they would have taken to do the work and how much lack of communication they would have had when doing the job. I would NOT recommend McComb Electric to anyone as you shouldn't have to beg a company to just give you a simple quote for service.

I had ask to get a NEW light fixture in the garage for better lighting. The Mccombs representatives showed up, replaced 2 bulbs, took 10 minutes and they were gone. I ask what was the charge. He didn't know but said it shouldn't be too much. I got a bill for $161.00. I guess $120.00 of that was for him stepping out of his truck. Horrible business. Do not call these people. They will rip you off quick. Not only will I never call them again, I will tell every one who will listen not to use them. Word of mouth is very powerful whether it be positive or negative. Stay away from this business. Plain and simple!

Who ever took the call didn't have the address right and sent the poor tech on a goose chase around town. When he finalgot to my home he didn't have any glue about my warranty and kept saying I would have to pay. Seems to be a massive miscommunication issue
