September/2021 Whenever we travel to New England we always look forward to a stop at the Le Creuset in Manchester, Vermont. We love the quality of the products and the outlet prices are well-worth the cost. The staff truly knows the products and they make honest suggestions on the purpose and use of the items and on the items best to purchase. One of the store representatives, Kathy, has helped us several times over the years. She is excellent at assisting the buyer. They do not try to pressure you into buying. It is their knowledge and belief in the product that provides comfort to the buyer and triggers the sales. Whenever I buy something, care ie given into inspecting the item and packaging if for travel. We look forward to our next visit to the store.

I feel like a kid in a candy store in this place! The Le Creuset Dutch ovens are iconic, and for good reason. They are superb to cook with. But this shop is jam packed with all sorts of high quality cooking tools. Keep an eye out for the sales and you can really make out with some good deals. I got my Dutch oven shortly after Christmas and with the money I saved, I stocked up on some other goodies too, and still paid less than I saw it priced elsewhere. Staff is extremely helpful too. If you love to cook, this place is definitely worth checking out.

I love Le Creuset and I love this store! But when I walked in recently, I couldn’t believe what I saw. I think it was the manager, an older woman, mistreat one of her employees who was much younger and obviously still learning the trade. I will be back to this store but I felt so bad.
