The work environment is AWESOME. Never a dull moment in the past 3 years working here. My managers respect and understand personal life matters. They are willing to accommodate and help us (CSRs) out to the best of their ability. It’s always a team effort with everyone in the call center.

I have worked part-time at Lane Valente since January of 2018. My manager and asst manager are the best I have ever worked with. They focus on the positive, and only give constructive criticism. From the top down, everyone at Lane Valente truly cares about their employees and clients. I have been working for Lane Valente Industries for almost six years. For the first few months that I was working for Lane Valente I knew this wouldn't just be a job it would be a start to my life long career. Lane Valente truly cares and appreciate their employees. The employees that have been there for 10 to 15 plus years still enjoy coming to work because of the people and the atmophere around them. I've been working in the billing department since I started and I know that Lane Valente cares about the relationship with their customers. I am very grateful to be a part of the Lane Valente team!

I have been involved with Lane Valente Industries in several different capacities over the past 21 years. The owners genuinely care about their employees and have a knack for recognizing talent in those that wish to progress. I've learned a lot of good habits from them, including being mindful of looking at things from other people's perspectives, giving people the benefit of the doubt and helping your coworkers succeed. All of this contributes to the feeling of family and the extremely low turnover rate is testament to this. Everyone is respectful to each other and I couldn't ask for a better group of coworkers. Truly a great company!
