Ari Unger1 StarI used Jordan plumbing for a kitchen drain redirect. Initial service was great and the job was done with professionalism. Unfortunately, there was a follow up leak on the work that was done and I have tried multiple times through email and their answering service (the only means of communication) to have someone come out and fix the issue.
