Clive Mascarenhas1 StarThis used to be a very good company. Post pandemic they could careless about residential customers. Scheduled an appointment with them a week in advance for a 7:30am appointment. Called the office at 9am and got a response back at 10:20. They're just too busy. A 2 minute phone call goes along way. Avoid at all cost.
