The office personnel were very helpful. They scheduled James to arrive early the next morning. He efficiently inspected, checked for immediate parts replacement and quoted the repair job. James had the sub-panel repaired quickly. Both technicians listened to and discussed our concerns, very knowledgeable. They were very professional. This was several weeks ago. All good and we will be calling this company with any of our future electrical needs.

Last week, we had Grace Electrician Service LLC to do some electrical work in our backyard. They came in and did an outstanding job. They had many obstacles to deal with; rock walls, plants and patio stones. They did the best job they could with not destroying the vegetation. The rates were very reasonable. We'll definitely always contact them for any repair work we require.

James was very helpful and accommodating in identifying the problem and replacing our smoke detectors. He gave us several options to fix the problem and clearly communicated the pros and cons without pushing a specific option. We have worked with Grace Electrician Service LLC before and have had good experiences in the past.
