Gold Seal Mechanical, Inc. was founded in 1967 by Robert E. Dixon, Sr. and Richard L. Dixon as a plumbing company dedicated to taking care of their clients’ plumbing needs. Richard Dixon continues today as president and CEO of the company.
While Bob Sr. would have delighted in seeing his great grandsons develop as licensed journeyman plumbers, he would have taken as much pleasure in the quality, integrity, dedication and teamwork of the plumbers, trainees and support staff that is Gold Seal Mechanical, Inc. and Gold Seal Plumbing.
Becoming the largest open plumbing shop in Eastern Washington was never a goal…but we are. Becoming the largest service plumbing operation between Seattle and Minneapolis was never a goal…but we are. Having the largest company training budget for trade skills in Washington State was a dream, and we made it happen!

I just had them out a second time for my hot water heater they told me he would be here at 3pm and by 5pm I had hot water. best service I have received. Maria Balsamo5 StarThis afternoon when I went into the basement, there was a huge and growing puddle of water on the ground and water spraying in the air dripping from the ceiling. It had soaked the furniture and goods I had stored there.
The growing puddle and water spraying everywhere was clearly an emergency. Frankly, I was terrified.
I called Gold Seal Plumbing. They not only talked me through how to shut off the water to the house, but they helped me feel safe.
Because it was clearly an emergency, they sent a team to my house within 30 minutes. The team (Ben and Ben) were kind, professional, and efficient. They quickly found the leak and fixed it. They also treated me with kindness and respect which really helped since I was still feeling anxious from the water spraying all over.
The bill was very reasonable. The service I received was excellent both in content (fixed the problem quickly), speed (immediate help during an emergency), and quality (how I was treated). Highly recommend this team.Wednesday 19th January 2022
