Today Gibson electric replaced and installed 2 ceiling fans. They scheduled me two weeks out , called to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. They were quick, thorough, professional and nice. I will definitely be using them again. Also, I had two other companies schedule and never show up. Dependability and respect for the customer is important and I appreciate Gibson electric for providing both.

I had an amazing experience with everyone at Gibson Electrical. When I called to inquire about receiving a quote the receptionist was incredible with scheduling. The owner was a few minutes late but the receptionist called to let me know ahead of time. Steve was honest, gave great advice and provided an exceptional quote that was half of what we received from another company. Scheduling the work was a breeze. The techs were on time, respectful, cleaned up their work, worked diligently all day to get everything done and provided a detailed write up of the work performed upon leaving after a full day in our home. They were even friendly with our dog! I cannot say enough great things about my experience and am so happy that we chose Gibson. Will absolutely recommend to everyone we know!
