Today was a great for us using Freedom Electric. Five years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff, the owner, and contracting with him to do all the electrical needs of our 4400sf new home. I have used his company for all our electrical needs as I am very particular with whom I do business. They posses the kind of workmanship and professionalism needed for a job that is above the standard get it done tradesman. They are very informative and make relevant and useful recommendations. Their bid was the most competitive. When they said they would be at the job, they indeed showed up on time. They cleaned up every day. Their team of electricians work in harmony and they were helpful and respectful to each other. TODAY we installed a whole house generator. Just in time for hurricane Dorian! Three weeks ago, we decided to bite the bullet and get a generator. Using Freedom and their representative Rick was the best part. They made the process easy and kept everything on task. They met with us to determine what our needs would be if we had no electricity and Rick was very mindful of our budget. There was a lot of coordination between us, Freedom and Suburban Propane and the county permitting department. Jessica, Freedoms office coordinator, help keep us all on task. None of this installation would have gone as smoothly as it did if not for Rick’s personal desire to do a quality timely installation. He personally made sure we were ready for the hurricane season. The Four young electricians on Ricks team were the best! Very polite and they worked in the rain!! They did not look for a reason to quit early for the day! Great team. I recommend Freedom Electric above all others for any electrical need. We are very satisfied with the work they have done for us.

They have completed several projects for me and have always done a great job. We schedule an appointment and they are always in time. They are always busy only because they are one the best around. Their technicians are very knowledgeable about all types of electrical issues and code requirements. You can't go wrong closing them.

Not only was the electrician rude, but they did one of the most incompetent jobs I have ever seen of wiring a new house. I Have lived in the house 2 years now and had to have an electrician (not freedom) out to my house 3 times for bad workmanship. They will never work on any of my projects again and I strongly recommend you avoid them at all cost.

AMAZING years back but scheduling too far out for my needs and unable to wait for service. In my case, let's just say they didn't want to hear frustration regarding the time frame, even though I have spent thousands with them in the past over several large jobs including complete rewiring and replacement of meter boxes/service panels, transfer switch install, outside pole lighting, bedroom re-wiring, and new outlets in multiple places throughout residents. If you want them to do the job, my personal recommendation is smile, say, "Sure - I can wait that long" and I'm sure you will be happy with the work if they do the quality job they did years back.

The people that work for this company are extremely rude. They never mailed a paper statement and the invoice got lost in the email. When I called them about overcharging. She threatened to put a lien on my house for 135. It hadn't even been 2 weeks. Would not give an explanation as to why and their tech spent 30 seconds Just to put a plastic cover in the panel. I would not use them or even refer them to anyone. This company is ridiculous. Don't use them.
