I looked at the google reviews and saw that they were rated 3.8 out of 5, so I called Franklin-Griffith. The call was answered promptly by a live person. After the call, I visited their store. The people at the counter were courteous, knowledgeable and able to solve what I thought would be a difficult issue in a matter of minutes.
