I just wanted to finally say how much I loved their service. I’ve been busy and I keep forgetting to post but they did and amazing job on my kitchen. The open layout changed everything and the waterfall island is great for families. They were the nicest people to work with and Donna and her son were so nice. Thanks for everything.

Donna & her team were a pleasure to work with! They responded promptly to our first phone call and spent plenty of time with me and my husband discussing our bathroom remodeling project. They were very professional, but very personal. They provided a contract quickly. Donna was very helpful in giving us design suggestions, at no extra charge, something we especially appreciated. She met us at the tile place and her recommendations were excellent, resulting in a beautiful new bathroom. She was very straight-forward about the look and pricing of materials, and didn't try to steer us to expensive alternatives. The contractor who Donna sent to work on our bathroom, Michael, was a great worker and a real gentleman. He took great pride in making sure his work was done well and that we were happy with it. He was very neat and prepared the work area with care and always cleaned up every day. We are very happy with our new bathroom and heartily recommend Ferrarini Remodeling to everyone.

Their designs are great. And Rachel is an amazing designer. BUT their subcontractors are not reliable and one went out of business before he finished a feature he promised. Don’t deal with Donna Ferrarini, she has an excuse for everything and a customer story for anything that “is not their responsibility”. I truly wish I could say better things. But the reality is our kitchen is not 100% complete over a year from when it was started.

From start to finish, our experience with everyone at Ferrarini was exceptional! Our kitchen remodel was truly a collaborative partnership. We had a vision and they made it come to life with great ideas and innovative selections. From materials for the countertop to convincing us that induction cooking was the way to go, the design team was at the top of their game. The construction team laid out their plans to meet our needs and accommodated suggestions. As with anything, the unforeseen happens and the team went out of their way to keep on schedule, make adjustments in materials so that we were truly satisfied with the final product. We would definitely use them again!
