We just had Cody install some lights we bought. Although they were tricky Cody was able to figure it out and now they work perfectly! They ALWAYS respond promptly and arrive when promised. They even helped me over the phone to resolve a garage door issue. Great family owned business! 👏

Rob and his son Cody are terrific. Rob took a lot of time to explain my options for getting a emergency portable generator hook up installed at my house. Great price. Cody did an amazing job on the install. Totally professional all around. Highly recommend.

I adore this company. Rob is who I worked with for one project on my last home. He was fast, easy to get a hold of, and less expensive than the other companies we check out. In less than a day, our electrical panel was perfectly sorted. Fast forward to now. We bought a 1987 home. The lights were dimming when we turned on anything else and we blew a fuse easily. Rob sent his son, Cody and he was here the next day. Cody explained everything amazingly well. We opted to upgrade all the flurescent lights for LEDs and WOW! That made such a difference. It is like we have an entirely new house. Cody came back the next day to finish off all the lights, as he didn't have the correct bulbs in his van (we hadn't planned on doing them all but they made such a big difference that we almost had to). He was outstanding. Called before he came, very polite. I will absolutely used Complete Electrical Services again. Both Rob and Cody are 5/5 humans.

I called Rob's company on a recommendation from a friend who had been very impressed by the way they did business. Given the problems of finding and scheduling competent service people these days, I was floored by the sensational customer service we received. After leaving a message, I heard back quickly and Rob's son, Cody, was at our house that afternoon and diagnosed and fixed several problems quickly and efficiently. Two days later on a Friday night, I noticed a minor issue with one of the fixes, called Rob and said that I would like them to look at it when they were back in the area. No hurry. Cody showed up this morning (Saturday - his day off) and fixed the issue in 5 minutes. Responsive, professional, on time - all good customer service. Going the extra mile for the customer - Extraordinary! We will be customers for life.

Initially called and spoke with Rob on the phone . He methodically took the time explaining the install and value add of installing a total home surge protector vs. just an AC Surge protector. They were readily available, on time ( actually 15min early) which is golden in my book. Cody the electrician , was very professional, polite and thorough in explaining the work to be performed . I would highly recommend this company to anyone in SW Florida. Keep up the great customer service and thanks!
