Had Clean and Brite replace and repair a floor joist supporting a bathroom wall, they also replaced a bottom plate and stud on the wall. They used material without asking making me replace floor boards that they used for their work and left a big hole in the floor of another room, left trash in my house. My house was a mess that I had to clean up. I got under my house yesterday for some repair work and found discarded material. They did not secure or properly cut the joist and now I am going to have to pay someone to fix their work. I would never have them return to my house for any reason. I would never recommend him and quite frankly would advise customers to steer clear of them. The work I saw simply sucked and was so far below anything approaching standard that it is laughable except I have to pay to get it fixed. The above opinion is just that. My experience will differ from others and I am simply expressing an opinion. This was said in case of legal action taken against me in the future. I am also a Disabled Veteran on a fixed income..

Clean 'n Brite remodeled a bathroom for us. The guys who did the demo and carpentry work showed up on time and did a good job. The "plumber" was subpar. We had to bring in an outside plumber to fix his mess, and only part of it was repairable. The owner / contractor was absent from the job. In fact, we saw him once and that was before the demo started. They ignored and disregarded concerns we had about the squealing shower, the crooked fixtures, and bubbles in the ceiling; they were too cheap to replace the ceiling drywall and address the plumbing issues. Would I use them again, No. Also, I agree with a previous post about them being greedy. We were charged $85 for a $4 shut-off valve for the toilet; a cheap shut-off valve that should have been included in the $300 toilet installation fee..Ridiculous!

Hired Clean & Brite to convert a room to a bedroom and make a half bathroom a full bath. The project that was supposed to last 3 weeks took two months to complete. For the premium cost for this scope of work, the quality was sub par: sloppy painting (drips, bad cuts, and paint on door hinges), have to address punch list items more than once, subs didn't pick up after themselves, spent more money fixing items that were overlooked in initial consultation and over all was mismanaged and not good quality. Overall not happy with the quality and would not recommend.

Loved working with them. The entire team was friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job on our home improvement project (adding new windows to our living room), and finished up in a timely manner. The new windows are beautiful. Communication was prompt and reliable, which is a huge plus for me on a contracting job. Such a positive experience throughout. Would recommend them without hesitation.
