Catamount Restoration did an amazing job on my basement water leak/mold clean up. Every single employee from the owner to office manager, site manager and workers were polite, friendly and efficient. They were incredibly fast to respond to my inquiry, come out for a quote and got the job done quickly and well. I can’t recommend them enough. 10/10 would use them again.

You get water in your finished basement and it's a nightmare. Then you call Catamount and suddenly there's hope. They show up right away and understand how to get your basement cleaned up, they know how to prevent mold and bacteria, they know how to keep your costs down, and they know how to work with your insurance company. That's because they are experienced and they care. You can tell the minute you meet them, and it stays that way throughout the entire process, and even beyond that. Catamount Restoration Service is a good company to avoid. We had a flooded basement a week ago due to a sewer pipeline busting. After the initial clean up of pulling the carpet, cutting drywall, and throwing a few things away, the crew disappeared. One guy came to measure the moisture in the walls etc, which was no longer than a half an hour. Three days later, no sight of the crew and several fans, dehumidifiers etc running day and night. To top it off, we can’t even use the downstairs bathroom as they did not even begin to touch the needed clean up in there! Very disappointing and frustrating! When the crew and the boss Chuck were contacted, we in turn were given an extreme amount of attitude and run-around. Customer service and respect at its finest!

Very disappointed with this company. Not only are they very expensive, they do not follow through on their estimates/work bid. I paid top dollar for mold mitigation and basement clean-up. Afterwards, I still had to clean mold/mildew off things in my walk-in cooler...as well as, vacuum dirt off basement floors. I do not recommend using this mold mitigation service.
