Our old 100amp main breaker finally bit the dust so we were without power. My wife and I decided we needed to upgrade to 200amps, and we needed a contractor that would do it fast and at a good price. I got 3 quotes, and Carlos was the cheapest. We ultimately chose him because he was very informative, he's been in the area over 30 years, he was the cheapest, and he worked to get us scheduled in asap since we were without power. Annette, his wife and assistant, was very easy to work with and very nice. Carlos explained things to me in layman's terms so I could understand what needed to be done. He and his crew showed up on time and finished the whole job in a day. His crew was very nice and talkative too (rare these days). Carlos stopped by multiple times to check the progress throughout the day. We're really pleased with the work they did, and happy to know we have a good electrician that we can call the next time we need any work done. Highly recommend.

Had the job set up for today with them starting between 9:00-930 and called the owner today because no one ever showed and he said “ oh we forgot about it, can we come Monday “. I realize that my job was only a $755.00 job and it’s probably small by most standards but that is money I will now take elsewhere. They are also horrible at returning calls. The first time we had this job scheduled they never even returned my calls for a start time. I called 4x with no call back. Shop elsewhere for an electrician.

I called him for an estimate in the middle of Nov and spoke to secretary. She said they would get back to me. I'm still waiting for a callback. I called again last week. Left a message. Still waiting for a callback.
