We went to Cabinets to Go and we were ready to buy, but could never get Joy to send the correct quote. The first one we got was for a different kitchen and when she got the kitchen right is was for the wrong color. After multiple emails and calls she never got back to us. The cabinets are definitely good quality but how can you purchase them if you can't get a quote.

The guys at this location were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They took my design, 3D rendered it, helped me with some questions, and had my cabinets on order in less than 45mins. Two weeks later they arrived and Jason loaded them in my truck for me. Everything fit perfectly, I had a couple extra pieces that were accidentally ordered, they refunded me. It's been 6 months and the hinges, drawers, and cabinets still look/work as new. Redid the entire kitchen myself and saved thousands. Before and after pics included.... I definitely recommend these guys!

My review is about Joy. She is a true asset to the company! We met with her and she was fantastic in helping us determine what we wanted. She wasn't pushy, she showed sincere interest (which we did not necessarily experience at other businesses) and made great suggestions for the design. We did not end up using her company due to other circumstances but wanted folks to know how helpful and professional she is.

Do not use this company! This was the absolute worst decision in our remodel project this year. We are now over 3 months trying to get our kitchen remodel completed; 3 times now installers have been out to complete the installation and trim out and our "designer" at cabinets to go has left key items off our order. The first time she drafted our payment without a docusign and forgot (for THREE weeks) to process our order, yet payment was drafted immediately, two cabinets were completely wrong (which we are stuck with). The second time we were told (due to the items left off once again) it was an additional $1,000 to get the installers back out to finish installing the trim-work she forgot to put on the order. This has now happened TWICE since. Our project still isn't complete and she hasn't even placed the final order of forgotten trim pieces because she will not respond to a single email unless it is to draft payment, then she is radio silent. I will praise the install team - they have been so accommodating and kind and apologetic of the process; the entire team is fantastic!

Ms. Joy's customer service was superb! The cabinets arrived well packaged and they are beautiful but Also wonderfully made. The deliverymen were very kind and courteous also!
