Recently I purchased new kitchen appliances from Brook Valkey. So far the appliances have met my expectations and more. However; this review is about the service from Brook Valley. During the long wait for the appliances, I was kept in the loop on a regular basis, very reassuring. The nicest surprise was when they arrived. The two men who came to my home were extremely professional and well informed in the appliances. The move in was challenging due to entry/room configurations; these two handled it like the professionals they are and never rushed the process or the details. This wasn't my first purchase from Brook Valley and will not be my last. Thank you to the Brook Valley team - in the office and the delivery crew.

Our experience with Brook Valley Appliance in Manchester, Vermont from start to finish was excellent! Our salesman, Steve, was so helpful and made the purchase of our refrigerator so smooth. The two delivery men, Josh and Joe, were such gentlemen and made sure that everything was perfect before they left! I highly recommend Brook Valley Appliance.

I called 3X and spoke with 3 different people trying to get my Dimension One Spa serviced. I completely understand Covid-19 has some businesses backed up BUT NOT one return call. The part that pisses me off most??? IF I was purchasing something new, Im certain I'd have gotten a call the first time. I won't be doing any future business with Brook Valley Appliance because I now know what to expect with a service call.
