Keeley Calhoun5 StarFrom the beginning we had a wonderful experience with Augusta Flooring. Kay was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I feel like I asked so many questions, but she answered each one and put me at ease. I wasn’t totally sold on the first flooring choice I made, and Kay went out of her way to help us find something we loved, but was also within our budget. Josh and Nathan installed our flooring. From the minute they arrived until they left they were working. You could tell they are true professionals and work so well together. Most importantly, they were on time each day and were diligent about cleaning up behind themselves before leaving. On the final day of our install, they let me know immediately they were short two boxes of flooring due to a mix-up with the manufacturer, and assured me they would be back the next day to finish. The following day I was kept up to date on when they would be here to install and finish working. We’ve had our new floors for about a week and I love them!Thursday 27th January 2022

Carolina S1 StarMy husband and I went inside this store inquiring about red oak flooring. We went in about ten minutes before closing, the sign said open, and the door was open. We waited for someone to help us, a worker by the named of Kelly greeted us, I responded by asking if there was anything close to the kind of flooring we were looking for, and she didn't allow me to finish. She told me "We are closed" in a rude manner. I apologized for going in, since the sign had made me assume the store was open. She then responded by saying "Yeah, we're closing". When I felt like I was not welcomed there, we decided to leave. When we were leaving, she made a comment saying "I don't know where you got that from, but we wouldn't have that."
