Everybody was so friendly and really seemed to care. I was so impressed with how fast Scott P. And Joey got the job done especially with it falling right in the middle of a holiday weekend. L.A. Little5 StarIt's been a couple years since I've used Atomic Plumbing. This time I needed a water heater replaced as the old one started leaking the night before. The customer service was excellent. I talked to Deanna to see if I could get someone out the same day. She was very nice and professional and called me back to let me know the ETA. The technicians, Justin D. and Mike Casey arrived in less than 30 min. They were both professional, prompt, and helpful. They ended up replacing the water heater and insulated the pipes. After the quick install, Justin showed me how to adjust the temp, where the on/off valve is located, and explained the State heater unit to me. I am very happy with Atomic Plumbing and the service yet again!Friday 19th August 2022
John Fedorowicz5 StarTrey A and Will came out to our property to replace a toilet cutoff valve. They were very courteous, professional, and transparent about the cost. They worked quickly to correct the issue and were even willing to wait for people to take showers before starting to work. Justin R is just wonderful! He listens to what we need, offers options with clear pricing and worked with us to pick the services we most urgently needed so it fit our budget. All without judgement. Justin is friendly and pleasant. He works with focus and confidence. The work was completed in a timely and competent manner.
