After receiving a reasonable quote for work to be performed by ARC, I emailed AND called them to obtain clarification on one part of their contract prior to proceeding. I wanted a few answers to a few simple questions. NO RESPONSE. This business has lost a potential customer.

Scheduled an appt with ARC electric to perform some electrical work on my house. They never showed up. After following up they said they would reschedule but never heard from them, even after following up again. Ultimately went with another electrician that was responsive, professional, and cheaper. 3 months later I get an invoice for work that was never performed with someone who circled dates on the invoice in Red ink... laughable

Andrew from ARC Electric did work in my home and did a great job! He responded quickly when I called, came to the house right away, and did a thorough and complete job. Andrew was professional, clean, and very fair priced. I definitely give him 5 stars and plan on using him again for future electrical work.
