I added a second water heater and followed up by having them install a humidity system. The whole team is top notch from installation, service and support.

I found them on HomeAdvisor initially because they had the best reviews out of the pack, and had 60+ verified and perfect reviews. Most of us just want to get great service at a fair price. I liked them out of the gate and honestly didn’t even care about getting competitive quotes. I knew they would take great care of me. They have.

Thanks Kelley, Alan and team. Next off will be a new air conditioning unit next summer. Look forward to it.

AK Aire installed a Generac generator over two years ago and have maintained it annually. I was extremely impressed with their installation of this complicated system in one day and the Generac has performed as expected during power outages. They recently fixed a problem under warranty. I recommend AK Aire and Generac.

I chose AK AIRE LLC to replace my 28 yr. old central air system and I am VERY glad that I did. Not only did Kelley ( co - owner) provide us with a very fair estimate that beat the others, she was patient, courteous and honest in doing so. On top of that, she spent 2 weeks on a daily basis tracking down the particular unit I was interested in rather than trying to sell me another one. This was no small task given the current shortage of available products. Allan ( co-owner) and Charles showed up today as scheduled and proceeded to work all day without breaks and installed my new system without a hitch. They were efficient, courteous and neat. Allen took the time to answer any and all questions and provided me with a great level of comfort that the job was done well. At the end of the day, you couldn't tell anyone was here. I no longer have to worry about who I will select for my A/C, heating, generator or electrical needs. I strongly recommend that you consider this company. You will be very satisfied.

Avoid - unresponsive and unprofessional. (be sure to see EDIT after AK's response to my initial review) A relatively simple outdoor gas line job to close our outdoor gas line ended up leaving an open-ended pipe on one end because capping wasn't done on both ends of the severed line. This exposure led to water and debris accumulation, requiring a full line replacement. We gave AK Aire multiple chances to talk to us about the job and help make repairs, and we weren't even asking for anything for free. All we got was "yes, we'll get back to you". We gave them MONTHS to get back and no response after numerous attempts. This is unprofessional and unresponsible behavior. The front-line person is friendly and courteous, but it hides the fact that the company doesn't want to own up when things don't go right. The new contractor was shocked at AK Aire's workmanship, and we ended up having a new line installed. Edit: Since AK responded to my review right away, I am compelled once again to make sure those who are reading get all the facts straight. See below: "Thank you for your review, and I am sorry you have had this experience. I took a moment to looked up our records and found that we did not install your gas line and it was preexisting to our arrival. Our call log states, in March of 2021, you called us out because you had and existing gas line that was not hooked up to a BBQ and left open to the elements. The energy company said to have a Plumber, which was us, come out and only cap the line to make it safe until you got a new BBQ." FACT CHECK: This is exactly the point of failure when the initial technician decided to sever the gas line and cap ONLY the live end, where gas would come out of the house. The other end, the line leading to the BBQ, was left open to the elements, allowing water and debris to accumulate between March and July. "Our second call log shows, in July 2021, you were ready for us to connect the gas line to your new grill and that we should call you when we arrive because you might not be home. When my Plumber arrived on site he started preparing the gas for hoook up and while doing so he found water and dirt inside the gas line while attempting to bleed air from the shut off valve at the house to the shut off valve at the grill. He rendered the gas line unsafe. At that time he recommended the gas line to be changed out and wavied the fees associated with the calI." Fact check: This is true. Why would there be water in the line? To my surprise in hearing that the line was rendered unsafe, a little investigation was in order. The line that was not capped is exposed upwards with no tree cover. The root cause is the inadequate handling of the severed pipe back in March. "As far as I can see an estimate was provided. I am not sure how we could have handled this matter any differently. I do hope you and your family stay safe and healthy. All the best!" Fact check: Not true. Plain and simple. I have about 7 emails going back and forth between myself and AK Aire asking politely, plus phone calls, in the most courteous manner if I may speak with someone about an estimate to replace this gas line. NOT ONCE have I gotten a call back. Secondly, I noted to AK Aire that we live in a community of 1000 homes, hoping this would compel them to help us fix this problem? No reply. Google review? Instant reply. This could have been handled differently by returning my email and request for an estimate, discussed what might have happened, and provided me a quote on the line repair. The only logical conclusion I can make as to why I never heard back is because AK did not want to deal with the situation after inadvertently causing it in the first place. I appreciate the response and explanation, because it ended up demonstrating the frustration I had dealt with for months. All talk, but sadly no authentic intention to help. I do also hope everyone stay safe. This was a minor job. However, I have put up with too much frustration to keep quiet. I hope you appreciate my candor.

My AC died during a 95 degree week streak. Sadly, I was gouged by Gold Medal when I had no other option, and they are just focused on taking you for as much as they can. On the complete opposite side of the spectrum, I worked with AK Aire’s Kelley (co-owner), and she could not have been more helpful, kind and compassionate as I figured out my issues. She troubleshooted with me on the phone until someone was able to come out for an estimate, and honestly cared about my family. On what seemed like her day off! I do not run into many companies who have such wonderful people working there. If you ever need someone for your AC needs, her company is one to have on your short list.

Generac Generator Install - AK Aire did a great job on the sizing, ordering and installation of the whole house generator. They are the only company I will use. They are professional, friendly and stand by their work. Also, their pricing is competitive.
