Of all the electricians we called Luis was the only one to call back in a timely manner. He was very accommodating when we scheduled our service request. He was also very courteous and professional during his job performance. We would definitely call him again if we need his services.

The service was great. I called a few places and A1 was the only place that called back set up an appointment and came as they promised. The very next day they were able to switch out the hot water heater and hauled the old tank away as well. Anytime I had a question I was able to call Louis. He always either answered or called right back. He made sure that everything was taken care of.

I am revising my original review of Louis and this business. My initial experience was not good, but then Louis called me this morning to make things right, and apologized for his initial poor response. He and his apprentice came out this Sunday morning to install the two ceiling light fans that were supposed to have been installed as per our appointment of last Thursday. He and his assistant were professional, and nice. I am glad that Louis took the time to rectify the error, and now we have two beautiful ceiling light fans in our home. Thank you Louis.

I called on Friday night for a furnace repair and was told that the tech would be here at 11am on Saturday. I waited all morning just for the tech to text me at 10:50 saying they would be coming at 3pm because noone picked up the phone. My appt time was 11am, how does it jump to 4 hrs later.

Louis and his team replaced our circuit panel in less than 4 hours on one of the hottest days of the summer! Our thermostat had lost power due to a broken circuit and thanks to A1, we were able to get our AC running again.
